Can you mount a real racing seat to a Playseat Evo frame?

I have a Forza Playseat Evo but I'm not too fond of the seat itself. I was going to purchase another cockpit but I can't find one that I like in the U.S. so I figured I would just install a new seat for now. Has anyone tried mounting a regular seat to one before? Any idea what seat might work best if any?

Look at the Obutto, you'll like that much better than a playseat

I looked at Obutto.
The seat looks really comfortable but the wheel stand and shifter arm looks like it would flex. If I was to go with another cockpit I want it to be rock solid. The only problem with those is most don't have adjustability for wheel height.

I think it can be done; you may need to make a 'extension' bracket(s) if the race seat is wider than (or slimmer than) the original seat.

That is what I will do with mine at some point
