can you tell me whats wrong ??

i was on supercars.net looking for some news, and a popup came that was about trikler (or something like that) later my firewall ask me to give permision to ie to connect to net, later another popup came and later another more. my pc was too slow reading the pages'when i press the BACK buttom the pc didn't make nothing.
i was so mad and i check my firewall for see what program was connected,i saw the gator- trikler program was connected,so i block the connection to it.

and my pc still slow reading the pages later the entire pc was slow.
i try to restart y pc,but didn't make nothing,i try to close a few programs but the pc didn't do nothing, so i turn it off with out use the shut down funtion.

when i turn it on again but a boot screen was there,later i try to solve the problem,but i can't.

later when i think the problem was fixed and try to connect to the net. my firewall was disable (i didn't it) i try to fix the problem but i can't.

so i try to revert my hd using the go back funtion,when the pc was back the firewall didn't work again,when i use the scan to fix the problem ,say nothing was wrong in my pc.

and after a one hour trying to fie the problem i finally did it.

that is the 3 time (may be more) that popup came up ,but that just happend when i was on supercar.net,so whats wrong is that a hacker trying to gain access to my pc,is problem on my pc or what.

You could try to find the program ad-aware or some other anti-spyware programs. Other than that your asking the wrong person.

You accepted to download the gator agent.. Its spyware. You need to go uninstall it. Its called SaveNow and then theres also Gator .. Or something like that.. Go to add/remove programs in your control panel and look for those two then uninstall them... Good luck?

So is Kazaa Media Desktop - which I don't use anymore. I don't use Kazaa Lite either. I use the best (in my opinion) P2P app - Filetopia. You can search for files and if you can't find what you want - ask some the people in the chat room channels for the file your after.

Usually you can't uninstall the Gator or SaveNow agents. You have to edit the registry. Go into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and remove keys pertaining to these applications.

btw i block the access to this program to the net,and about the save now is from kAZAA but i block that too.

i got save now instaled on my pc,i down loaded when i install kazaa.(is blocked fo the firewall)

but i didn't find it,so i think i have part ot the program not the entire program (i hope so)

search for "gator", and anything you find that you don't know what it is, delete. it may be a virus

Yes delete anything that you dont know about, roll and eyes man roll and eyes. Unless your completely confident with editing the registry I would advise you to do this. Even deleting program files, that are not needed may have an adverse affect on your system. So I wouldnt advise it unless you know what most of the processes do going on in the background.
