Yes, there is split-screen. And yes, you can use 2 wheels. Or 2 controllers. Or go for the extra-brave option and do a race with two dance mats.

cool. I have 2 dance mats but they are for the original xbox. They are the red octane $100 ones. Sux b/c they are about to be donated to a garage sale fundraiser where they will probably sell for $5.
