Can you use both TM pedals and flappy paddles together in manual transmission with no gear stick?

Hey guys,

I was planning on getting the TM VG T150 and the TP3A now and get the TH8A later. For the time being, when I want to use manual transmission I was planning to use the flappy paddles as a subsitute for the gearstick and just use the clutch pedal that comes with the TP3A. . .

So I would like to know if it's possible on pc to have the TM pedals (TM T3PA) and the TM racing wheel with flappy paddles (TM VG T150) working together in manual transmission in a game ( like project cars and dirtrally).? Or would I have to stick with automatic for now until I get the gearstick.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm a racing sim noob.

On ps4 you can use clutch with paddles to go manual on project cars .... would be very surprised if it wasn't the same on pc.
