Yah, they made it as a Diablo replica, but unlike most replica cars (atleast from what I've heard and read) it has a wonderful drivetrain, it's transmission is apparently VERY slick and it has the limited slip diff designed almost identically to a Lambo and there are other things that enable it to go from 0-60 in 4.4 seconds, such as a very stiff chassis and good weight bias. It also weighs like 3/5 of what a Diablo weighs, I believe it weighs like 2350lbs

Uh, just about every American car is made in Canada, now. Chevy makes Cavaliers in Canada, I think, as well as Silverados; Ford makes a small number of Tauruses, etc. There's more, too, but I don't have the data.

I know one thing... the Ford Probe was designed by a canadian women. The Ford Probe was a 2 doors sports coupe ,it went out of production in the mid 90s. But Ford is still an american company. and i also think it was only available for northh america.

To be sold w/o added taxes in canada, a certain precentage of the cars sold here must be built here.

So that means I'm right when I call the Probe a "girl's car"? Excellent. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a friend to pester... :D

 Back in the late 70's and early 80's the Bricklin was built in Canada... a uniquely designed 2 door coupe. It used a G.M. drive train, but the car itself was solely designed and built in Canada. In New Brunswick. It only lasted about 3 years unfortunately. Do a search on Google... tell me what you think.

the Campagna T-Rex is a trike built in the province of Quebec, uses a motorcycle engine.

there was the Bricklin SV1 during the 70s, and that's about it, not including the Bombardier stuff.

Bricklin's were designed to be the safest car in the world.

Too bad they made the mistake of using a crappy Ford motor. Only Ford would make a 5.8L V8 with 170hp.
