Any tuning allowed, any driving aids and are there any upgrades used? (turbo's and engine upgrades) PP system used?

Same cars as it will be a championship, most likely bi weekly,

But I'm thinking I may divide it into 3 parts and rotate everyone, But I found from getting people to change cars every week made people leave through not getting to use their desired car every week, I should have just rotated the HSV, But I've learned,

Move it back about an hour and 15 minutes and I would be able to make most of the races

Can someone help Dave with the times for PST & EST? It says 8:30pm. I'm in Washington on PST. I can't figure the time for the life of me lol.
