can't buy DLC, error 80023102 / can I buy Australian PSN card online?

Hi, I'm trying to buy the complete bundle and then the car packs for GT5. I have an Australian PSN network account and my credit card billing address is still in Australia but I'm now living in Japan.

I get the error 80023102 when I try to purchase, and that seems to be an authorisation check, maybe because they don't like my IP address not being in Australia when I try to use an Australian VISA card?

Anyone know a reputable source I can buy a PSN network card for Australia via Paypal? That seems to be the way people suggest to get around this error.

Argh, cheapgames.com.au and gamecard.com.au used to sell them, but seems they don't anymore.

Sony I want to give you money, WTF am I supposed to do? Why are you blocking my credit card that I can use freely here in Japan and is valid and works fine.

The same problem here , i have readed that only way to buy things is PSN cards with money , no credit cards available ( well its in my country , i duno where else )
