Can't buy DLC, why?

I tried to purchase the DLC last night and it said I couldn't add the amount to my credit card or i got message that said error when i tried to check out. I tried to put 11.99 on my card and then i tried to add $25 and both times it told me there was an issue.
Was this a known problem? What do i need to do to allow the purchase?

Were you trying on a secondary account? You can only enter credit card info on primary account. You may want to purchase a PSN card, should work on any account.

I only use one account, so it's primary. Never had a PNS card. I didn't have this problem when I bought a socom DLC.

Check the CC info on your PSN account - the card may be expired.

I would try using a Playstation card or a gift card instead of your CC.

Don't forget to register your name and address if you use a gift card. Had that problem today, what a pain!
