If you knew that, why did you only just find out about it?

I mean, aside from being announced 8 weeks ago it was on the screen every time you went to do the event for the last two weeks...

It is based on international time. For +9.30 that means 4.30pm on the 16th. I assume it is set for Americans, or Japanese people as they seem to have a lot of GT players.

It closed at 01:59 for us in the states Central that is.
