Cant get cars to reach top speed

For some reason, I have a problem getting cars to top speed..Any suggestions or setting to achieve this are appreciated

Reduce downforce, lengthen gear ratios and reducing the openings for brake ducts and radiators are the main areas to focus on.

Like everything however, there is always a trade-off in that you could overheat or sacrifice driveability for example.

Also increase tire pressures.

Adjust camber to a more upright angle.
