Can't get my DFP to downshift

I tried going into the settings and I have no idea what the problem is. I can't downshift for some reason, how do I set it up properly?

Is it the stick or the paddles? Is the DFP brand new or already driven to the ground? An old wheel might have the mechanics worn out... other than that, no idea.

It's like a month old, and it works fine on my PC for rfactor.

Do you have a radiotransmittor or a cellphone close by? I´ve discovered that my cellphone effects the DFP in some ways. If I get a textmessage, the DFP will downshift on its own, and when I recieve a call, the brakes will apply.
If you have for example a radio close by, it may effect your DFP in some way.

Obviously a safety feature due to it being dangerous to use a phone whilst driving
It does seem strange though but a lot of electronic equipment goes strange around mobile phones though.
