cant get my G27 shifter to work with gt4

So, I just set up my brand new G27 setup for the first time. Everything seems to work OK, except the "H" shifter. It wont do anything at all in the game. The paddle shifters work fine, and everything else too.

When I initially set up the G27 with my laptop, it showed the shifter moving through the gears. Is it not compatible with gt4, or am I missing something?

No, I'm afraid that GT4 was released way before setups like G25 & G27 that have clutch and H-shifter were available, so it doesn't support them.

You can only use the paddle shifters, or use the shifter-knob in sequential mode.
