I've had two problems so far with downloading and installing GT6 updates, and both are of similar nature.
They've both been consistent-meaning, they keep happening again and again, no matter how many times I try, and they both have the same error code.
Before I start, here are some details of what I'm working with:
-250GB PS3 Super Slim. Great condition, and only a few minor scratches on it.
-A brand new copy of Gran Turismo 6. Not a single scratch or speck of dirt on it.
-Hard Drive has been formatted and the only game I've attempted to play on it is GT6.
-Wireless Internet. -Internet currently has a DL speed of 100-130MBps. -
Error code is 80029564.
-I have tried all that lies in the following links and anything similar to them:

I've treid each of the methods listed above several times, and nothing has worked.
I repeat, these instructions do not work for me. I'm always given a link to these pages or one similar to them.
My patience is running thin with with my problem, and not the people who are trying to help me.
So I'm sorry if I seem a little agitated. I simply want to play my game. Nothing more.
Any other information that is needed, please ask and I'll give as much as I can after I've described my problems.
First Problem:
Began: 3/15/2015
I've followed each of these instructions to the letter, as I stated above. Several times.
Updates 1.01-1.08 download and install without issue. If I stop at 1.08 and play offline, the game functions normally, minus the features that require Internet (Season Play, Open Lobby, etc). I've attempted to download all updates and install them since Saturday (as of this post, it is Tuesday, 3/17/2015).
I have yet to be able to install update 1.09, even once. I haven't gotten past this update yet.
Every single attempt that I've made (up until my new problem that will be described later on the post) has fallen flat on its face upon the instillation of 1.09, and 1.09 only.
It downloads 1.09, but the installation fails and gives me the error code 80029564.
Even worse, whenever I do attempt to install 1.09, it not only fails, but corrupts all of my GT6 Game Data.
All of the previous updates, as well as the game's install data itself becomes corrupted.
After that, I'd have to re-download and re-install all the previous updates, and well...reinstall GT6 as I play a bit offline.
I've backed up my game save on a USB, so that's safe.
I've been looking all over the place for a solution to my problem, and have yet to find one. I'm determined, since I love this game quite a lot and I'd hate to have to sell my system and game because I can't play it beyond the limited offline activites avalible.
A solution would be welcome with open arms.
Second Problem:
Began: 3/17/2015 This recently just happened (about a few hours ago, before I did a full format).
Now, instead of downloading/installing 1.01-1.09 and failing to install 1.09... It now just downloads and fails to install 1.01. Same error code (80029564) and everything. I'm stumped. I have absolutely no idea what's going on, what I did wrong, and what I should do next.
I'm desperate at this point.
At least I could actually play GT6 on my 1.08 save file before, but now I can't even do that... Full format was also fruitless. I've tried everything I can think of/read online. Should I send my PS3 in for maintinence? Send it back to who I bought it to? Or is this a simple problem with a fix that I haven't seen yet?
