Hi, recently I had to create a new account because I lost all the data from my previous one when the internet went off whilst watching itv player. I ckuldn't use my old account when I got back onto the PS3 as the playstation website was down. This problem lead me to create a new account which meant I had to start all my games all over again unfortunately.
However, the main problem I have is my PS3 headset doesn't seem to scan into the PS3 anymore. When I try to manage bluetooth devices nothing gets picked up and so I can't get it to work or anything. If someone knows how to fix this your help would be greatly appreciated.
