Can't share my livery

I've made a really nice livery for my Citroen GT but i can't seem to share it. I've gone to the share option, even entered 3 search tags, but 'OK' is always greyed out.
What am i missing here?

Have you something written in the text box for the description?

^This. The two fields at the bottom are required: title and description.

I think at least 1 tag should be as well but....

Thanks, i hadn't realised that text entry screen had to be scrolled further down. Duh!

Anyone know why the share icon has disappeared from my livery.
Doesn't appear in my "Gallary" but can be found in "My Library" because I added it to my collection.
