Can't use my cars

I got the error message that said "Insufficient free space on Hard Disk Drive (HDD). At least 32MB required. Pleas exit the game and clear some space"
I managed to fix it, but now I can't use all of my cars. Zonda, Enzo, R8 5,2 FSI, Gallardo, Toyota 7, Minolta etc doesn't work. I can't change to these cars in the garage. Does anybody now what is wrong?

Do Lv 0 cars work?
 
Yes if I buy the cars they do, but I can't use almost all cars except Furai for instance. If I buy a car I can use it. But I have earlier won Minolta and Toyota 7 among others( and can't drive them), and they are so expensive to buy if I won't to use them...
