car adjustments when changing track

tittle says it all really

when changing from bumpy twisty tracks i.e trial mountain/deep forest to smooth faster tracks like Tokyo/Rome/grand valley

what type of set up changes do you make to the car. just looking for a rough guide to help me gain a little time
as at the moment all i adjust is the gears and leave rest as is tho the car has been set up for my preference

thanks in advance fenster

edit; i use trial mountain for car setup what track to you use ? what track would you say is best for a allround set up . thanks again

on flat tracks, you can run lower ride height and stiffer springs/dampers.

best track to tune overall is Nurburgring IMO. It has everything.

I found that higher ride heights were faster at Nurburgring so my general tunes are a bit different than when I take a car to the ring.

i dont disagree however, it's a good place to tune the balance of the car

you can easily adjust to run lower/stiffer for the flat tracks.

Yea usually I onli run nurburg, but I would tune either at Trial Mountain, Deep Forest Raceway or Nurburg G/P, (short version). I usually run stiff/lower on flat corners. For bumpy, banked and courses with crest, I run low but not to low and run softer springs. Toe and camber will change depending if im running hot laps or enduro
