Could you not just buy an Andriod tablet and some sort of mount?

i forgot to mention this :
If i kept a normal android tablet inside the car at hot weather the batteries will explode.
Which is why i prefer to have an LED android OS USB powered rather than an android tablet since their kind of batteries are different if you know what i mean.
It does not use the same kind of lithium batteries.
It's just the same case with dashcams in order to withstand hot weather without batteries explosion - they use a different kind of batteries.

Yeah I understand what you mean. I think dash-cams actually use a capacitor to store electricity rather than a battery, as you said because it hot weather (especially on the windscreen) they could explode.

All the USB portable montiors (without batteries) that I have seen don't have any kind of OS as you said. Your best option would be to combine it with an Android TV Box, like these things you see for sale everywhere...

They are very small and can just be stuck to the back of the monitor with Velcro or something. That way you would have a full Andriod OS connected to the screen and they don't contain any batteries either.
