Car Interior Options or A Paint Store

Why when I am selecting the color of a car Im buying, the interior changes. Cant there be an option below the car paint that asks you for interior? And also most importantly I want flat black and I need to buy the Aventador or the LFA wich are expensive just to get a paint. There are colors that are imposible to find in the game. We need a Paint Store where we can buy paint. Instead of buying a expensive car for paint.

The interior is decided by the manufacturer. That's something I don't think PD can change without permission.
