Car liveries only available/searchable for 24 hours

Is Polyphony going to do anything about liveries only being searchable for 24 hours?

A "show top liveries of the day" feature would also be nice!
Finding a good one between all those mediocre ones, is a pain in the ass.

As far as I know, not yet. Again, hoping once they get the December update out they look into some search enhancements as it's really a pretty poor experience.
