It will seem a triviality but that to personalize the car takes until the last point or apex to it of the car. I wanted to know if in GT5 they will be possible to be changed you register them of the cars (to personalize them in the point of which a same car is not just as the one of the machine or the one of the person against whom you are playing) to even put to him from your name to the matriculation of your real car putting to him the bottom characteristic of each country (for example: the yellow matriculation of GB, the one of white Spain, etc.) in case the cars can be modified externally.

Thanks!! :)

Chocobo-

I am sorry but we do not understand you. It is clear that English is not your first language, so I will not be mad at you though.

I only know English and have studied French for 2 and a half years, so I know second languages are difficult, especially English. :)

What part do you no understand, perhaps, I will can explain you with others words. And yes, english is my second lenguage and sometimes a use a translator to write it ( I have studied english for 5 years) :)

Yeah English can be a pain in the neck for some English people to get their heads around let alone as a second language. I think I get the idea, it's about personalisation, being able to make your car different to the next persons exactley how, not too sure but something about having your name and countries flag or colours I think.

He means he'd like to see the possibility of matriculation plates on the cars, so that everyone could have a specific 'virtual' number and perharps even have your name/nick writen on the plates.

I presume, i little bit like in Need for speed HighStakes/Hot pursuit where your profile name appeared on the plate.

I think its a good idea/way to identify players in Multiplayer (better then names hanging over the car), but for offline, if the AIs are not specific (have personality..) its not really
necessary, except perharps for Replays and Photomode.

The problem there is that not all the cars have plates, I suppose ou could put your name on the rear or rear side windows and a little flag next to them there, that'd be cool and on the road cars you could use the plates as well.

Why not simply a sticker (with your name) on the rear window, or if the car don´t have one, on the rear bumper?

Live4speed, all road-legal cars must have a place for a plate... so that leaves a minor selection of cars that cannot have one... and at that point, its not necessary (F1, MazdaR8, GT-ONE... and so on)..

And your point is?

It gives equal plates or stickers. It can be plates in street cars and stickers in JGTC cars, F1, tunning cars, etc....

Just make stickers and stuff available for all cars, while the plates on cars which have them are customizable, simple as that. Decals and all sorts of paint customizations should be in GT4, as they appeared in Forza. It doesn't add to a car's performance, but at least it doesn't lessen a car's performance like some "NFS: Underground" body kits obviously would. Paint customization is the easiest way to personalize a car, if it appears in GT5 as the only visual customization in the game (so no race mods or anything), I'll be happy enough.

Me too!! 👍

Chocobo's question was not only about the possibility to have custom plates, but also to have plates from different countries (different size, color, number structure...)

That's be nice, but to be honest I won't mind if they're not in GT5. I want realistic damage first :scared:

flat-out
