I love all of these (bar the FN2), but I'll have to go with the FK2 because of how utterly ridiculous it is.

I think it's a bit unfair to put the NSX along with the other Type Rs, since it's in a class of it's own. Personally I liked the DC5 Type R the most.

I love all the cars polled (as for the Accord, perhaps not as much) but I have to go with the DC5. it has a great sounding engine, one of the most powerful n/a four cylinders of the cars polled (alongside the FD2 and JDM EP3), marking the end of an era on a high and despite the NSXs on the poll, I think it is the best looking car here. Honourable mention to the FK2.

If you like the DC5 most, why didn't you vote in the polls?

I'm surprised the DC5 is getting so much love. The front McPherson struts in these things suck! DC5s are pretty well known among owners for bad wheel hop and bump steer, and the FD2 is faster around a track... hell, that car is pretty much on par with the NSX. The DC2, meanwhile, is arguably the greatest FWD performance car of all time, I hope to own an American-spec DC2R one day. I'd stick to Mugen power and handling mods, if not keep it completely stock.

For me, it was a seriously hard decision between the DC2 and facelifted NSX, but the NSX won out in the end.

I know I should of voted NSX but that would win instantly. So voted what I prefer. Integra Type-R DC2. While some were riced, if properly modified, it car look real cool. It's not exactly tacky, it's a nice drift car and a decent two-seater that I love. 2001 almost had it but, I know it better as the RSX.

I've driven four of these: a 1999 Accord and the EK9, EP3 and FN2 Civics. I'll choose from those as I can't comment on the others (yes, I know the NSX will be awesome, but...) and it would be a damn close call between the little EK9 and the more substantial EP3, with the EP3 taking it. The FN2 had lost that magic Type R personality compared to the earlier models.

If the NA1 NSX wasn't included, I'd likely have voted for the EK9 or DC2. Leaning towards the EK9 just because it took so long for that style to grow on me but once it did it stuck. Also, the hype machine around the DC2 in the States kind of takes some of the appeal away... not to mention it'll get stolen if left on the street on the West Coast :P

Somehow missed this poll entirely but if I had've voted I would've went for the NA2 NSX-R. Not only my favourite Type R but, alongside the S2000, is also one of my absolute favourite Honda's ever made.
