Callaway Corvette GT2, not mainstream enough so it gets my vote for being my obscure favourite, I also like early 00's to late 90's gt racing the best.

I'm torn between the L88 and the Pratt & Miller racing Vettes

L88 is such an incredible car for it's time period and spawned what is possibly one of the craziest Corvette's ever made, the ZR1 L88 427, while the Pratt & Miller Vette's (C5-R-C7.R) have been incredibly dominant in endurance racing for the past 16 years, winning their class in several ALMS/TUSCC events and the 24 Hours of LeMans. They've also showed some success across Europe in Callaway built machines.

I'll go with the C6.R, mainly because of it's amazing battles with the Aston Martin DBR9 at Le Mans and it's amazing performances in the US and at Le Mans

I don't remember if it was the C5R or the C6R I saw racing the first time I watched an ALMS race at Lime Rock Park, but one thing I do remember is how amazing the Corvettes sounded. I voted for the C6R.

Z06 easily, Can't hold back on the C2. Been my top fave 'vette of all time. C5R was a close second, if was on a better livery ofcourse, that one isn't as memorable.

C6-R GT1 for me as well, grew up watching it in alms, sounds amazing, and had great battles with the DBR9s as you said, which, if you can't tell, is my favorite racecar ever.
