Car selection in private testing

Am having an issue when I go to select a car in private testing, the game is jumping all over the place between cars, classes of cars and doesn't allow the controller to select a car. It happens for 30 secs to a minute, stops then repeats. Happened prior to latest update. It doesn't seem to happen when in other areas of the game. Anyone experience similar?

I've had an intermittent issue on pc. When using the mouse to go into the menus a few times it's gone crazy selecting various options at an extremely rapid pace. I have to back out and go back on track then back to the menus, sometimes a couple of times, to get it back to normal.

Yep, game presses R1 or R2 without any touching on controllers, it can happen on car selection or in tuning menu, only similarity might be at it's happening only (yet) on start of gaming session, not yet later on happened.

now had the same thing happen when in car set up while doing some private testing as well as last night when in public lobby practice. not touching the wheel or pedals and have to wait for the game to settle so I can make selections for set up changes. very odd

Think the issue is with T3PA pedal set going as noticed issues with acceleration as well. Put on new set of T3PA pedals I had from previous replacement of broken set, and so far issue not happening. Will address with Thrustmaster as pedal set less than 2 months old but might be time to look into Logitech wheel/pedal options as not pleased

Risky.. Pedals aren't sending R2 or L2 button signals, but game magically thinks to receive those signals. If you're searching defect component, then you should change your rim/wheel, but highly doubt at reason is that, I'm having G27 thru GIMX and only game which get these ghost R2/L2 signals is pc2.

Risky.. Pedals aren't sending R2 or L2 button signals, but game magically thinks to receive those signals. I wondered same about R2/L2 signals and hadn’t checked if there was any sun setting and if so deselecting if possible. Ghost signals is what I thought even not having clear sense why. Haven’t noticed any such impact on other games as well
