Tuning is car and track dependent so there is no universal tuning.
The GT1 forum doesn't have a specific tuning section but I highly recommend the tuning subsection in the Gt2 forum.

Welcome. My settings were learnt with experience, be wary of changing the gear ratio's unless you know what you are doing and save the current settings so that you can always start from scratch again.

Somebody came in here last week and posted something like this: This place is dead, I tought I would post something to liven it up. only each of these words represented a separate post like this:
