Car Sharing

Alright, I'm sorry if this is posted but I looked in ALL the FAQ's, searches, etc. and I couldn't find it... so if it already was, please send me a link.

What I'm wondering about it car sharing. I know people have complete game saves with all cars, etc. But no one lists the cars they have. I think a tread should be started where people can request cars (by color, etc.) and if someone has them, they can upload the .max or PS3 export file...

Like I said, if it's already done, just send me a link and I or a mod will delete this thread. If not, I'm looking for the following:

1967 Mercury Cougar - Onyx Black
I have to get to day 5377 to get to it and I'm only at day 4761!!!!!

Anyone that can help is great and I much appreciate it.

Over at the weekly race series there are supersaves with every car and loads of cash, but you might have to participate to get one.

or you get a gameshark and use the full garage cheat.

alternatively go make some sorta fun short game from certain tracks with certain cars.

I used to do that with the HKS Genki on Costa Almafi. I practiced drifting in those tight corners, at the same time won the rally raid, sold it so i'd save up for the 4 blaack LM's.. 3 tasks at once.

eventually I used the Max Cash cheat, because 10 million seem very little in the GT world Since I always used the max cash for like every GT i had. I did it on GT4 to get me off GT4, it was during school and I was absolutely hooked into getting more money..because I didn't like seeing how i had so little.

Firstly, I don't use cheats... secondly, like I said in my post. The game saves with all cars and max money don't necessarily have that car with that color... It may have the Cougar in Burgundy or something instead of black. Unless you know that they come with all cars and all available colors for the cars....

Ah, I see, that's actually a pretty good idea. How many times have you been looking for a rare used car in a certain colour and you find it in some crappy colour you don't like but must but it anyway because of the rarity? I couldn't do it myself because I don't have the equipment for that kind of work, but there are plenty of people who could make use of that. A thread maybe should be started.

WTF?!?!?! I have ARMax, but it won't play on my PS3!!! And for some reason there's a glitch with it on the PS2 where it says my USB is full when I try to save something to it and it reads the USB as empty when I try to get something from it...

Well.. I'm still looking for the wheelbase/track/weight distribution info for each car since the game doesn't tell you

It's difficult to find the correct version of a given car online, usually I have to compare different sources to be sure.
Some cars in the game even seem to have wrong dimensions listed, making it even harder to find correct info

Too bad so few manufacturers give the complete specs of their older cars in their official sites..
