Car suspension part name question

Hi guys,
This is photo of Merc G suspension. Wanted to ask you, how is that huge-ball-n-socket-joint called?
What is equivalent name to find this type of joint in mechanics?
All I can find is small ball-n-socket, ball bearing joints, but no luck with this size of equipment.

It's the front drive axle. It called a portal axle.

It's found on the G63 AMG 6x6 (all three axles) and, more recently, on the G500 4x4² (both axles).
