Heres a board I designed in my graphics class at school. Made it out of carbon fibre for strengh, flexibility and all... I'd probably rather stick to ply-wood. :dopey:

I used a program called Inventor to make this. The picture I am showing you is from the progams photo studio.

Also, its a bit too long, as I had forgotten to change the measurements before extruding the origional block and reshaping it.

Thing looks kinda weird for a skateboard, plus you're missing the concave. Normal skateboards slope downdwards in the middle of the board.
 
The shape doesn't make much sense as a "normal" skateboard, so I'm guessing you were going after a longboard?

And carbonfibre isn't usually a good skateboard material because of the physical abuse skateboards need to take. CF would fray and splinter with all of those hits.
