Carbon start up crash

so i am new to this forum so i am not sure if support requests are allowed here.
anyway my nfs carbon crashes on start up right after the ea logo appears.
i tried contacting ea support but that was pretty much useless (game wasn't even on there list)
i also tried patching the game but that didn't work either. the game worked fine on win7 but on my new pc with win10 i just can't get it to work

Have you tried compatibilty mode for it? Maybe it just doesn't work on Win 10.

It might be a problem with DirectX 12, I read that Most Wanted won't run without changing something in the run script. Strange thing though, Most Wanted runs without changing anything and no problems at all on my Windows 10 but Carbon won't even start.
