Seriously i'm pretty shocked as well, but I realy like West Ham because of their attacking playing style and awesome academy.

Also they have sold loads of talented players in the past so they deserve to you know have some players in their prime. Also Mascherano is so awesome seriously, I remember when he was at River Plate still god he pwned. Also Tevez when he played at boca was pretty awesome. But I heard that they got on the bad side of Corinthians fans somehow.

I think it's quite clear that Abramovich's share in the company has had a big part to play in thoes two Argentinians.

Ashley Cole and Gallas have swapped teams, Chelsea paid 5 million and gave Gallas to Arsenal for Cole last night. I think Arsenal have the better deal there. Arsenal have also swapped Reyes with Real Madrid for Baptista, that's another good move by Arsenal. Reyes isn't that special, but Baptista can score goals and Arsenal need another goal scorer that Henry.

Manchester City seem happy to offload thier players, Andy Cole has gone to Portsmouth and Sibierski has gone to Newcastle. They have brought in DeMarcus Beasley who might do well for them but I think City will struggle this year.

Manchester United have sent Giuseppe Rossi to Newcastle for a half season loan, give him some chance to play regualr first team football and hopfully make that transition from a second team player to a first team player for United later this season.

Edit: yeah also I hate Ashley cole and Gallas is so damn awesome. Mainly because now Bridge won't want to stay which is a shame because I think bridge is better defense wise anyway.
