Cars weight value

The current weight value system doesn't make sense... In online lobbies, we want be able to set the MINIMUM weight value but we are able to set the maximum weight value only. In previous GT, we were able to set the maximum car power but the MINIMUM weight value and it was perfect! Did someone have noticed that?
