Cat and Mouse mini game!

Hi everyone, this is my first ever thread, so forgive me if it's a bit terrible, but a few of my friends and I like to play a game on Gran turismo 6, called Cat and mouse, an idea taken from the game Dirt 3, in which there are teams, depending how many people there are, the amount of teams can vary, but the basic rules of this mini game are this: Each team has a fully tuned original mini, the rest of that minis team then need to be in cars of the same colour, for example, if the tuned mini is red, the rest of the team members need a red car, then the aim of the game is to see which teams mini crosses the finish line first, the minis get a 10 second head start, and then the rest of the team members have to try and stop the opposing mini and help protect their own, it's fairly simple when you get the hang of it, but lately me and my mates haven't had enough people to play this with, so if anyone wants to join us or thinks this is a good idea, just comment or send me a friend request, I don't really know i'm a new boy to GTP lol! and I know some people won't like this as it's not a serious kind of race, it's full contact messing around, but it's good fun!

It's similar, only instead of the 'football' just being pushed about, it actually has an aim in this game, the best way I can explain it would be, to not explain it and just say check out Dirt 3 cat and mouse lol! it gives a really good idea of what i'm blabbering on about! haha!

Me and a few lads I used to race with used to do something similar, taken from the 'dirty racing' thread

Me and a bunch of lads I used to race with on gt5 used to do a 'British bulldog' type thing.

One person would start as a basher, in any car (bar redbull) he saw fit, with the rest of the guys as racers in 500pp CS Road cars.

3 laps, the last person to cross the finish line turns into a basher, and you keep going until there is only one racer left, and deemed the winner.



Absolutely hilarious and a great 'wind down' after a couple of hours of hard (serious) racing.

TGTT was best for this with added carnage at the crossover point.


My preferred basher car was a max tuned r34 safety car with the lights.

I like your idea though. Sounds fun.

Roller Derby with cars has been an interesting idea to me. Pretty similar to what you all have described. I've just never had enough psn friends to do anything like that. Too much setup to just start a random room, especially needing several people to make it work.

That's exactly where the idea came from, it was my friend who suggested it, i've never played dirt 3 myself, but we played it a little, and it is as you say great fun, only problem now is, everyone is off on new games and there are only ever about, 3 of us haha.

That's why I came on here really, I'm 17 and jobless atm, so I can't afford Dirt 3, yet, and i'm not sure if I really wanna buy it, it's probably a game that i'm not going to play much even if I buy it, so I signed up last night to GTP, and thought i'd share the idea, and see if anyone wants to play with us sometimes
