Hello there GTplanet!

I thought I'd start with a pun as my title, I hope you got it.

Basically, I just made my account here because I want to get into the WRS, but I start to realize that I've been missing out, not being part of the GTP community... So here I go, giving it my best shot using Jordans wonderful questions to get me started:

How did I find GTPlanet?
-A friend of mine, fellow gokart racer and GT player tipped me off about the site during the long wait for GT5. I've been checking the front page every day since the first time. :)

Where am I from?
-I'm from Norway. If you're a local, you might care to know that I'm born in Oslo, but moved to Ålesund at the age of three.

When did I start playing the Gran Turismo games?
-I started playing GT when my father bought me GT3, and a logitech steering wheel. I was probably around 10 years old.. I've been playing it half my life already. :)

Do I play with a steering wheel?
-As you probably figured, I do indeed play with a steering wheel. Since racing is also my RL hobby, I can't really imagine driving any other way... Currently, I use the G25 and I love it.

What other games do I enjoy?
-Simply put, I've played to many games, and too much of them... Anything with cars, but I've also played RPGs, including WoW. I also used to play FIFA, but I couldn't arse myself to buy the new ones. Hate to say it, but I suck at FPS games, so I don't play them. Currently though, my computers are slowing down badly so the only game I can run almost smoothly is Minecraft. And for the PS3, GT5 is the only game..

What am I most looking forward to doing in the community, now that I'm a part of this site?
-I hope to enhance my GT5 experience even further, by finding tips considering car setups. Car setup is really my weak point...

Anything else?
-Oh yes! I'm not just a virtual racer. I've been driving racekarts since the age of 10, and am proud to be national champion of 2009, Yamaha KT-100 one-make class. I'm also two times national champion(2009, 2010) in the Seven Racing one-make class, and the current holder of all(4) circuit records for said class.
Additionally I am the owner of my very own, completely standard, way too expensive, way too dirty, way too rusty, way too hard to start, cirrusblau, BMW 518i e28 '87 model... Luckily, it runs cheap, and there's enough power to get me up the hill that I live on top of. :)
