• Type tool
• Sharpen tool
• Burn tool
• Dodge Tool
• Blur tool
• Smudge tool
• Clone Stamp Tool (for removing watermark)

[Note: No plug-ins for any of the above adjustments or filters are to be used]
You can use layers for overlay and layer adjustments, but not to alter the geometry and original subject matter of the picture: like adding stickers and body kits, and objects that are not in the original image.​

Yes, now more than ever. Way too dark and with the watermark uncropped...

And hurts even more to see unedited shots on a 2.0 comp.

That's why I just stay out of 2.0. I entered them when I was a noob and didn't know any of the rules about editing. But I do still enter PMC. I can edit, but just not up to 2.0 standards.

not everyone has access to photoshop and gimp smudge tool sucks. plus, not everyone is good enough to retexture/rehighlight/reshade cars.

Gimp is absolutely free. i don't see why you wouldn't have acces to it. But I can understand why you wouldn't have the skills to retexture/rehighlight/reshade, but as far as that goes...

Gimp is absolutely free. i don't see why you wouldn't have acces to it. But I can understand why you wouldn't have the skills to retexture/rehighlight/reshade, but as far as that goes...

i know, i use gimp to make skins for gtr2. but, as far as these photomode comps go, you need photoshop to make really good/realistic 2.0 style shots. gimp is good enough for pmc style shots though.

Well long story short, my PC died last week. Can't access the computer at all right now, so all the files inside the PC is sort of stuck in it. (can't access my photoshop, music, videos, etc.) Currently I'm using my dads laptop to view GTP, but even that seems like a hard task to deal with. Don't know when I could send it for repairs, but seems it would be awhile before that happens.....

Well thanks. But for now I'm totally out of business, only could just give comments and host my comp, which by the way has only 7 entries from the past 2 week. Too bad most people are too busy to get involve, was great fun when there is usually just enough entry for the week. Maybe I'll close the comp and do the poll during the weekend or something....

So for those of you who can't do PMC or 2.0, just enter the stock shots at the UEC. 👍
