Holden Vs Ford in Australia.... very big rivalry..... and i'm a holden fan and the new one beats the HSV v8

yes...I am a holden fan too.....and having a V6 is just unAustralian....though it probably makes more track sense than the heavier V8 - sorry guys for those who don't know:

The Holden Commadore and the Ford Falcon are like the Australian equivalent of Europe's Vauxhall/Opal Vectra and Ford's Mondeo.

You know the Vauxhall VXR8 (or the american equivalent)? the V8 version of this F6 is it's main rival.

but you probably didn't need to know that.

The rear and the front of the F6 are pretty nice, but the side profile is pretty boring.

Yeah, there is a long history of quality, pedigree and performance on both the Holden and (shamed to say it) Australian division of ford. We (Aussies) take alot of pride in our cars and I can say I'm well chuffed the HSV has made it big oversees (as the G8 and the VXR8).

I hear you there man! Seeing the Mondeo on Top Gear, made me mad. Why can't we have that? Stupid Focus....oooo it has "sync" another thing from microsoft that won't work
