I ran into the same problem. I think its just the track as I have not shot there much. Entry coming soon though. 👍

Well I don't mean the track itself, just that fact that I haven't shot there much. I don't think its ugly. I'd like it a lot more if it were a convertible? Was a convertible ever available?

I believe all Cerbera's were hardtops but I could be wrong. I really do not like driving at Motorland but it is a decent spot to take pics IMO.

Final Entry

hm, the Cerbera is (was) only available as a coupe, but there is a nearly similar looking convertible named Chimaera - or is the conv. of the Cerbera just named Chimaera..?!

Haha, i love this car myself to shoot with, it's a really unique car..
Keep the entries comin'! :)

The Cerbera only came as a coupe. The Chimaera was a two-seater, as opposed to the Cerbera's 2+2 layout, and it only came with a V8 instead of the Cerbera's I6 and V8. The Chimaera was based on the Griffith.

Swissy! Love it man, just what i had in mind. 👍

I agree, not too fond of those borders tho. :)

I was closing this one, but decided to leave it open some more days, to see if it gets more entries.

Haven't done one of these for a little while. Rusty. ^^

Final Entry

Edit: Changed it to another shot I liked better in the set. >_< Not much better, but...something.

Thanks Nenad, SnowboardKid, and Rayquaza. I love that car now, drifts so well, I had a hard time controlling the car, until I turned it into a drift-demon.

What specifically do you dislike about the border?? Is it the coloured matte, or the thick black borderlines. Just curious, for future entries.

Anyway, do you ignore the borders when voting, or do you guys take the borders into account when voting?? Me personally, I ignore the borders and vote on the shot contained within the borders.

I ignore borders when voting, too, but to be honest, I was really surprised when I saw your entries having these borders. They're not bad, but I'm just not used to such. I think that's the problem.

Well, I'm glad you focus on the shot within the borders. My line of thought on the borders, is a thin black border to separate the shot from the matte, and one to separate the matte from the page. I have been trying to match the matting to the shot background colours. If people don't like the coloured matte I can just use 'GTP's white', but I think the coloured matte enhances the presentation of the shot.

What are all your opinions on the borders, and usage of colour in those borders???

GrumpEone, you might want to create a thread about it, since it seems to be an interesting subject, though the photomode forum may not be the best option for it. Maybe in the Graphic Arts and Image Editing or in the Photography sub-forum you will get better results. 👍
