Lets say I wanna create a CD with my favorite songs in it.
Unfortunately, the songs are 'scattered' around in different CDs so I have to rip them and then burn them again using media player.

The problem is...:

1. Is there a better way to do it?

2. I understand that when you convert CDAudio to mp3/wma some data is loss. So here comes the problem when I convert the mp3/wma back to CDaudio. Logically the loss data is loss right? Will it affect the quality?

What if I use the 2nd disc(the burned 1) and rip songs of it, then burn it again like above? More data loss?

Anyone?

Rip to WAV and convert to CD - no quality loss that way and ripping to wav is pretty quick.

You might actually lose a bit more quality in the conversion back to cd since it's a different format

if the burnt disk is a clone of an original then there's no loss. But if you Rip/convert, convert/burn, rip/convert, you'll lose quality every time

Hope that made sense
The best apps you can use are DBPoweramp or EAC.
