Since GTPSP, the car description for the Toyota Celica GT-FOUR Rally Car (ST205, not ST185) insists that Toyota pulled out of WRC at the end of 1995 season (although there was only a 3-Litre World Cup held that year, not actual WRC) after the FIA stripped Toyota's result for that season when they discovered the ST205's turbocharger was illegal. In reality, the FIA expelled and banned Toyota from 1996 season, causing the works team to miss that season. In GT6, the car description for the ST205 Rally Car still reads the former, which is completely biased (as someone points out on GTPSP bugs thread).

Discuss. :grumpy:

Related with Toyota, in the '99 Mäkinen's car says that he won the title because of an engine failure of Carlos Sainz, but that was in 1998.

Not sure how that would be biased, end of 95 season or before 96 season basically means the same thing
As for pulled out/thrown out does it really matter?

Seems like a waste of time to even bring up the subject
