Challenge Mode like Driveclub in GT Sport

Personally, Driveclub is one of the best racing games for me ever. Challenge mode in DC was the most favourite for me. Just do a time trial and send it across to your friends for a week and you could have great fun battles. Sometimes in the last few secs leader changed. Epic.

Can a similar thing be implemented in GT Sport. Looking leaderboards just doesn't give that feel.

Don't know how tough it will be to implement it but if done then it would be great. What you guys think.

They should copy everything in Driveclub and put it in GT Sport. The clubs in GT Sport can give a lot of themselves, imagine a club cup? With his livery respects. Even up to the challenges within the race like the skid, speed and driving line !!

If you took the challenges, clubs and huge number of races over to GTS it would make GT 1000% better. Driveclub deserved a much better fate than it got. I still play the game almost daily and in some ways I think it's a better videogame than GTS (Where GTS is a better simulation of driving cars, Driveclub has much much more 'game' to it). Massively underappreciated game and sad to know it will never have a follow up.

The only thing I disliked about the challenge in Driveclub VR, was that you could create a challenge from something you just achieved. Chances are someone could probably not even beat their own challenge.

It is a nice feature of the game, especially with clubs.

Challenges were great, kept the game fresh for years. I still receive challenge notifications every week. Challenge copying could be a bit annoying though. The AI was also a lot more competitive than GTS with better rubber banding as well.

This was about the most adrenaline pumping race I can remember

You could see a bit more on the actual tv, yet knowing the track inside out is a must. Evolution studios were masters at creating great race tracks. It's a shame they were closed before they had a chance to add weather to the VR version.

What GTS has similar to DC is you can get into a online race pretty quickly and have great races. Its pretty simplified in both games.

As for DC, so happy it sold over 2 million units. I think it was a wrong decision to let evo go. They did a superb job. I guess that launch didn't go well with Sony.
