challenge to GT5 Tuning forum - GTR Related

So everyone doesnt want to purchase the new DLC pack with the 2012 GTR in it, i know i dont want to put my financial information in since they were already hacked, regardless its a non issue to some and its an small issue for some.

Regardless this is a challenge for the GTPlanet GT5 tuning community to make a GTR or spec-v into a 2012 GTR black edition GTR.

I would recommend testing back to back with a 2012 GTR and testing it on the nurinburgring if possible for similar times. any mods and settings that will be close to identical if possible. im more or less looking for replicating the times rather than the specs, but both would be fine. with or without oil change.

sport soft tires are recommended.

Could I recommend this tune to you:
Nissan GT-R SpecV '09

Its a tune I done for the GT-R SpecV. I would say this handles better than the Black edition stock. If you still want I will have a go at what you are asking.

You should know the hackers did not steal a penny, nor did they ever intend to.
They intended to scare people like yourself, and clearly they succeeded to some degree.

I have not now nor ever changed my info other then what Sony required of me, because they're not after my wallet, that would get them caught.

Sorry for OT, carry on. 👍

This topic isn't about the whole hacking issue it doesn't need to be discussed, please no more comments about That. And That tune to the link above is 700HP which OS way more than the black edition. I'm looking for the most spot on with mods. It needs to resemble the 12 black edition... Weight, PP and HP need to be close and so should suspension and weight distribution. I don't get how your link is anywhere near that. Also if the spec-v handles better than the 12 could you de tune it with suspension and weight distribution so its similar? If not the standard gtr will have to be used instead.

Please don't just blow this off like some lame challenge.

First , you need a Settings Sheet with the stock settings of the `12 GT-R.

I compared the `12 GT-R with the `07 and the `09.
The `07 weights about 20 kgs more and the `09 weights a lot less than the `12.
So you have to weight reduce the `07 and add Ballast or only add Ballast to the `09.
Both have about 70 or 80 bhp less than the `12.

You only can replicate it with a stock Settings Sheet.

Your closest thing is going to be a regular stock GTR with any extra power the new one carries.
Possibly a sports suspension.

But I would have thought that was all obvious, if you're trying to make it just like a stock car.

OR - Ask for the default suspension settings of the DLC car. ;)

Does anyone at least have all the default settings for the stock 12' gtr? And I mean all of them including weight/downforce and weight distribution etc?

Heres the answer your looking for:
Vehicle: SpecV '09
Parts:
Sports Intake Manifold
Racing Air Filter
Sports Exhaust Manifold
Catalytic Converter Sports
Sports Exhaust

Settings:
Add 50kg of ballast place it at 0
Power limiter at 99.1%

Thats the closest your gonna get to the stock GT-R Black Edition.
The stock suspension settings are the same as are the LSD, TDCD and gear ratios.
All specs are identical apart from the Black Edition have an extra 3bhp.
Merry Christmas
