Yeah, exactly, that's the problem. I was reading this thread too to give a bit of help because I'd this problem and I found that this would be the solution. What I did was just: check my clock region, then later I didn't an internet clock update, and then I saw it switched to one hour more, so I realized I should change the summer time mode, and then GT5P saw the hour was right finally !you just have to select "Summer Time" ! (horaire d'été)
go to the XMB and select "online update" instead of "manual" plus "Summer Time" and voilà.
