Changing Climate

I think it would be way cool if there were seasons in vc. Not just like when it rains sometimes, but acctually like snowing and the leaves falling off the trees. That would be sooooo sweet. In the winter the water would be frozen over so you could slide accross it! It would also be cool sliding around the snow and ice filled streets in the winter and crunching through the leaves in fall. rockstar did a great job on vc but they could have done better!

Sounds like a good idea to me... Pitch it to Rockstar and Take Two Interactive and see if they like it.

If you have the PC version of GTA3, there is a mod that turns Liberty City to a winter wonderland.

Also one that floods the first island to the roof of sunshine autos

Its a brilliant idea that will be definitely be carried off in the near future, but for right now its not being used because of hardware constraints.

But hey, there is a mod for GTA3 PC that puts Liberty City under 10 feet of snow, and another that floods it.

It did, once when i lived in Pensacola. Hit the ground and melted.
