Changing Windows Menu Delay?

I used a program called Advance System Optimizer and thought changing the menu delay to 0 would be a good idea, but now it's just annoying as hell. I unchecked this option in the optimizer but it won't change, is there a registry hack or something to change this without the optimizer.

Off the top of my head, I don't know. But you should specify which version of Windows you're using.

I'm using XP, but I sort of sovled it, I just created a whole new logon.

Back when I had widows there was a program called system mechanic that could changes this value, and it always worked for me.

When I still had the shell, I used ResHacker. That typically changed things of that sort.
