Are the Chaparrals premium in GT6?

Are they even in GT6? They better be! Two of my favorites.

Both Chaparrals from GT5 are present in GT6 but unfortunately neither have been promoted to Premium status.

Arr, quite the disappointment there. Though GT is still the only series to have the licence as far as I know, which I'll always be happy about. Too bad they don't make better use of it, with say, the 2, 2E, 2H, 2F, or 2C!
