Chapparal 2j , changes?

Hi, i suppose many of u has heard of the chapparal 2j race car, some of u might know it has (had) a max of 653 pp, making it perfect for 650 and 600 races

I havent been on for a while, but earlier today, i logged on and went to try on the 650 pp indy road time trial, it denied me access, i checked my chapparal from the car list, it said 650, when i entered it, its performance points has increased to 679 pp.

What has happened to our beloved chapparal?

When did these updates occure?

Don't panic. It increased pp in a recent update to take ground effect from the fan into account. Needs detuning now for 650pp events but still kills those events.
