RRoD? no thanks.
If anyone know of any please post it. I just wanted to play online and don't have time babysit the AI's.

Thanks ahead. đź‘Ť

i think the way it's done is by downloading a "game save" that has all unlocked. normally there are different saves for UK / PAL version & USA / NTSC version

they have a point. the Gran Turismo series is NOT for cheaters. I hear they've tweaked it to the point now where it doen't even pay to bother. most of the Aggrivation has been removed (involving the idiot AI for the comp opponents, who spent too much time sitting around watching NASCAR).

This is a racing, sim game-not a gt5, or need for speed game.
You have to drive and learne ( practice) :)

i paid for the game, the whole game, all of the cars & tracks. i should not have to drive on unfamiliar tracks to "unlock" what i already own to drive the tracks i like.

I want to practice and learn on tracks I know. I, for one, will eagerly look for and use a US version Game Save & unlock everything. $60 is far too much money to pay to then have the game give me 'tedious chores' to get my money's worth.

so, until I get a game save, I'll race Online with:
Silverstone, Spa, Hock, Canada:tup:

You have all circuits unlocked for online racing. And man, I really can't understand this point of yours regarding "unlock everything if I paid for it" :)

It's a game. You have to PROGRESS in order to UNLOCK things. It's the main logic of GENRE for the last 3 decades :D

I do not understand why you moan on about unlocking all the tracks.
It is pretty easy to do i had all the tracks unlocked in a couple of days.
After all its a game and that is one of the challenges.

why unlocked Online, then ??
I don't go by "that's the way it's always done" .. it's not done like that many games.

and, I do NOT want to drive tracks I don't know / like ... i will not be forced to do that ..... I will download a game save & do it my way.

Cheat codes are for LAZY PUNKS!!...you FAIL!!

Cheat codes are for LAZY PUNKS!!...you FAIL!!

cheat codes are for one button era suckers that grew up with no-think Atari gamesmister! remember that. and you might get a PM from a mod for that crack, too.

it would do you good to remember there's plenty of people on this site who grew up with 1 bit or lower video games, or NOTHING AT ALL!

and you made me go all old geezer on you, and I ain't even a geezer, yet!

yes im one who also grew up in this era, so yes i must be a "geezer".
thats still no reason for ppl needing cheat codes .i dont use them, its just people getting lazy and finding a easier way to complete a game without any effort,LAZY!.

put me down all you want, but i refuse to drive on unknown tracks that i'll never race on again, EVER, merely to "unlock" the tracks I like.

They should have a "Career mode" that forces you to progress & a "Quick Race" Mode with everything I paid for available.

then the guys that need to satisfy some urge to be "King of the Video Game Beaters" can brag about "I Completed the game 100% in 33.7 Hours, I'm the KING !!!!" <-- big deal

Since when are savegame-user 'cr@p'? lol

Maybe some people just want to enjoy the game there own way? due to lack of time it does not make it fun to unlock everything slowly?

Well, I'm renting the game and I'm finding it pretty enjoyable without cheat codes. I've unlocked most of the tracks I like and I'm getting loads of the cars I wanted as well! Just play it through, if you have a friend which can drive as well then invite him round split the Challenge races into two and swap half way through means you both have to do the race and adds some excitement into it all if you are having such a horrific time playing it (Which you are from the sounds of it).

no, i'm just not into being 'forced' to race tracks i do not like in order to unlock the tracks i like offline.
i'll simply play online until i get a game save.
that is my idea of fun and enjoying my $60 purchase my way. nobody will tell me what to do.

Well hey thats great good luck with that, maybe FC isn't for you though?

I guess I'm comparing it to GRID's horrible FFB and Car Handling overall.

the FFB tweaks aside, I love FC.

uhhhhhhhhh, i don't get it.

i'm totally enjoying FC --- ONLINE: where I can race any track.

i'm not playing FC OFFLINE until I download a game save with all tracks unlocked.

yes, FC is for me.

Forget about the cheatcode.

As much as I like the driving dynamics of this game, the drunk driving AI has turned me off enough to get a refund credit for Merc 2 instead. The AI drives like a slow granny but once you are trying to pass them they will transform into the Terminator and tries to take you out at all cost. They NEVER brakes for anyone or anything, and my god if you are in their racing line they will do anything to destroy you.

FC is the first racing game in any platform in my gaming life that I actually go for a refund. This game had such potential, if there is ever a version like a normal PC race sim where you just have all the cars and circuits and just go racing online. Do let me know.

that's why i play online:

waiting for AI patch [S3 are listening to us]
then I can drive all tracks Offline with the Game Save

I like the racing physics as well, and I agree with you 100% the AI is downright awful I'm tired of getting run off the track by the AI when I attempt to make a clean pass or end up in a mass wreck because of an AI car.

I regret purchasing this game before renting it first, the lack of being able to run practice laps to learn a track is another minus.

S3 you have a lot of good elements in this racer, please fix the AI or all what's good with this game will mean nothing

Completely agree. I have noticed the further you qualify towards the front of grid the less the AI attack you as you attempt to pass.

I am only familiar with F1 tracks so all these new tracks, while exciting, are confusing without some practice. Don't understand why they didn't include practice sessions. F1 Challenge by EA offered Practice Sessions online as well as offline.

yes, you cannot even "learn" the tracks before trying to complete the "task" of unlocking stuff.

i will not bother with that, and will wait for a game save.

How do you know that you won't like the tracks you've never tried?

Beside that, with racing line on, it is no problem to learn the tracks very fast! No cheat codes needed for that.

The ONLY track i had problems with is Infineon Raceway and Virginia Raceway becuase of the strange cornering there. All other tracks are really no problem.

Why don't you just select beginner difficulty and turn on the driving line?

The only track I haven't come in the top 3 at the first attempt is Redwood, the Canadian GP track.

Very little effort is required to unlock the tracks this way and then you can set the game up and play it how you like it.

Here is the website for the devs that made the game.
E-mail them and they might make a game just for you.
http://www.eutechnyx.com/

I am sure nearly every one who has the game like all the tracks in the game and wish there were more.
Its a Ferrari Challenge game not an F1 racing game.
