Chevelle SS, i think slowest car in the game, is it?

I have a problem, as you all know i love all the huge V8's!
but, theres only a problem. the Chevelle SS fully tuned has over 730 hp but it wont pass 160 mph no matter what!
so, if it can, can you please give me the set ups??

buy a full racing transmission and you'll get a couple more gears... then you can stretch the gears and make the car faster.
