"69... Année érotique..." like Gainsbourg sang. And the Stingray is damn sexy !

With a 240km/h gearbox, I win Bronze in Deep Forest in Historic Car championship, 1 second after the two first cars, a GT40 Racing and a Chaparal. For a car that weigth almost twice as the Chaparal, that's quite a challenge !

What can I say more : it's cheap - 60k, it's premium... Go for it !

I realise for the guy asking for her it's been a long time, I was fine tuning this and that. I restarted 3 times the suspensions of that car because there was something I wanted to be under perfect control (powersliding, but only mid curve and nowhere else), just to make her eat corners. And... Since it's a very pleasant car to drive, I think I was playing around with her a little too much, sorry for that... My mileage is 785.3km, woops :)

I think the guys who liked this Scuderia setup will appreciate that Stingray... :)

Any comments, improvements or suggestions are welcome.

Tips
- At 50%-75% of a U-turn, step LOUDLY on the gaz for the lulz. It's actually quite effective, try it ! :)
- It's a shame she have no sixth !! Her gearbox is quite a mess, too. She's like a Porsche : you set max gearbox and she's still higher speed than 10km/h less than max. Polyphony, why didn't you proposed a 56560560560560km/h gearbox just for that car ? Because she would break the speed of ligth ?

It's a first class car for me too... Actually my first "trully" supercar which I spent a lot to tuned up... I tried hard to win the Historic Car Challenge in Deep Forest driving my Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (C3) '69 but... No! I' ll try again using the tuning you propose... I understand that it's very difficult to win racing cars over 700HP and less 1000Kls with a Convertible '69... But it cost to much to buy a racing car of 60-70's... So I'll give a try once more... Thanks!

PS. I agry with you about the 6th gear... It's missing from this car... Too Bad!

I tried this tune after being dissatisfied with another, and it's much better. I run sport soft tires so there's some understeer at the limit but turning was really difficult with the original tune, not so here. Not bad for a '69. Everyone complaining about the gearbox, remember that the stock one is a 4 speed :P

You have the compression dampers set higher than the extension dampers??? Does this work the game says extension dampers should be set higher than the comprssion..

Sometimes yes, mostly not.
