Chrome Line Cars

I have noticed in the video showing all the cars in the dealership, that the user has Chromeline cars available for purchase. Will these cars be available to everyone from the start of the game, are they pre-order bonuses, are they region specific cars? Or, as I currently suspect, are these questions un-answerable as of right now?

I'm pretty sure they are available to everyone now. Same with the Stealth Models.

Thanks! That's awesome. Another question, I know that the chrome cars start with more horsepower, but are the horsepower levels the same when fully upgrade as compared to the standard model of the same car?

They have higher base power, and higher power when fully upgraded. Stealth and chrome line.

But I'm not entirely sure if they get the same upgrade parts as normal versions.

Fully upgraded Chromelines have more power, but also more weight, so they end up being slower than their normal counterparts. They are only faster in their 'stock' form. The Stealth cars have more power and less weight, so they are faster than their normal counterparts.
