This is one of those cars that have 0 tuning guides for some reason. I would guess the tune is similar to the SRT-4 since they have the same chassis and engine.

I'll pull my face out of my palm long enough to tell you it doesn't tune up anywhere near the same as the SRT4.
I've done some tuning on both and their worlds apart.
Not to mention the engines are different.
 
Still needs alot of work but this is what I've got.

TOE - FRONT: 0.10 REAR: -0.10 (yes this is correct)
BRAKES - FRONT: 6 REAR: 8
TOP SPEED: 124MPH - FINAL GEAR: 3.470

SPORT SOFT TIRE

Still a little understeer and the LSD needs alot of work but it kinda works

Racing softs will make even a piece of poodles number 2 handle like go kart.
 
On a car like this, I would stick with the Sport tires to do the tuning. Race tires on it would not show the faults in the tune very well, therefore making it difficult to improve. Once you have it handling on Sports, a set of Race Softs will really bring it to life. I'm kinda busy this week, but if I've got some extra time this weekend I'll probably give this thing a go, I enjoy tuning the oddball cars.
